Uses for our Wide Format Printable Magnetic Sheeting:
You will find our magnetic sheets are constructed of a Strontium Ferrite powder in a polymer matrix. One side a white surface coated in a gloss laminate. This gloss laminate allows the sheet to be resistant to harsh chemicals from fading the coloured side and also allows the sheet to have a resistance to demagnetisation. The other plain side which is plain is the magnetic side. Use gloves while handling this media to prevent fingerprints from interfering with your prints.
Should you want a design printed on this media for application on a vehicle, head on over to signwriting.co.nz and look at what we can do for you!
This sheeting can be used in most wide format printers and the white surface can be directly printed on to saving time from having to lay up prints. Ensure you allow time for your prints to dry.
Our magnetic sheeting is so easy to use, just use a handy pair of scissors or a Stanley knife to cut the strip down to size and apply to any ferrous surface. You can even put this magnetic sheeting through a guillotine to make a clean straight cut. Create your own magnets for the fridge, a reminder for your co-workers to fill the dishwasher or make a label to identify the product in the factory.
As a result of these being so powerful and wanting to attract to each other, we must warn you of some potential hazards.
