Our steel keeper plates or washers are non-magnetic and are designed to be used in conjunction with our pot and holding magnets to create closures where the magnet will be attracted to the iron in the steel washer.
By pairing a pot magnet and steel keeper, you can easily create closures around the home and office, coat the keeper plate and pot magnet for it to be weather resistant allowing for use in outdoor environments.
