Single or Multi level housed magnets are ideal for removal of fine to coarse contamination, for a range of dry free flowing products such as sugar, grain, tea, plastic granulate and powered chemicals.
  

The housing is manufactured from 304 or 316 grade Stainless Steel making them compliant with food industry and designed to ensure product flow is not restricted.
  

These units are constructed from a number of highly magnetic rods, which are positioned at pre-determined centres by a rigid framework to eliminate bridging of your free flowing products. The multi level units (i.e two or more levels) have rods that are configured in an offset pattern to produce a wall of magnetic protection. Any contamination missed by the first grid will almost certainly be captured by the grids below.
