HIGH INTENSITY GRID MAGNETS
 

Magnetic grids are extremely efficient for removing fine to coarse iron contamination from dry, free flowing products as well as thick emulsion type products. Contamination such as rust, nails, knife blades and wear from machinery are often too small to be detected by a metal detector, but are easily removed by these highly efficient magnetic grids.
  

Magnetic Grids can be custom made to fit all types of hoppers, i.e. Square, round or to fit any odd shaped vessel.
  

Our Magnetic Grids are made from 304/316 Stainless Steel making them compliant with food industry standards.
  

The rods emit powerful magnetic fields across the gaps between the rods and these reach into the product stream, attracting and securing ferrous contamination as it flows through. Once attracted, the contamination sticks to the surface of the rod and eventually finds sanctuary on the underside of the rod where it is safe from the wash-off effects of continuous product flow.
