Our tow bar mount sweepers offer a cost effective method of collecting nails, tools, and other ferrous metals from parking lots or roadways, and are suited to airport aprons and runways. Designed to be fitted to standard cars, utilities or trucks used in air side operations or any other flat area, like car parks and workshops.
  

Fitted by placing a small bracket (provided) under the standard tow ball, the magnet is then bolted to hang beneath the vehicle at the appropriate height, so that it will swing should it hit any large object or if the vehicle moves on or off an incline. They are also quick to attach, remove or adjust for height so that vehicles may be used in other areas where the sweeper is not needed or would be in the way.
  

These sweepers have an extremely long life expectancy and constructed from 80mm x 80mm 304 S/S which gives them excellent resistance to mistreatment.
  

We are also able to offer a complete design and build for more customised applications using permanent magnets to suit specific requirements (e.g. Front or rear mounted)
